Sure, you can spend a million pounds in other, more tangibly efficacious ways, but I just love public art. And really, can you put a price on bringing together thousands of people from different countries, cultures and classes to chase after giant puppets in central London?

elephant is much less tasty, but i agree, it was pretty cool.
